• Chef Salad: Mixed field greens topped with fresh vegetables and garlic croutons, served with Italian dressing.
• Caesar Salad: Fresh chopped romaine, Parmesan cheese, croutons and Caesar dressing
• Vegetable Lasagna: Fresh egg noodles layered with a rich cheese blend and assorted vegetables, served with a side of roasted butternut squash.
• Chicken Tuscany: Sauteed chicken breast topped with Marsala sauce, sundried tomatoes and scallions. Served with rice pilaf and steamed broccoli.
